Description We present a case of a patient which occurred early in the induction phase of treatment relapsed acute lymphocytic leukemia to develop mukormykózy soft tissues of the forearm and elbow. Surgical removal of deposits and subsequent autotransplantation leather combined with long-term systemic treatment with amphotericin B lipid complex (ABLC) led to the successful management of infection. After targeted terappie mukormykózy persisted only a small defect on the elbow, which was significantly disrupted borreliosis konzervativně.Infekce initial treatment of the disease interruptions and delaying chemotherapy protocols. Treatment of leukemia, however, managed to complete and prognosis of relapse and infection remained unaffected.
