Description Pseudolymphoma refers to a group of lymphocytic disorders of the skin that resemble malignant lymphomas. Pseudolymphoma is an inflammatory response to known or unknown stimuli that results in a lympho-matous-appearing but benign accumulation of inflammatory cells. The author presents a case of 60-year -old female with rapidly developing, localised form of facial pseudolymphoma.
