Description Sclerodcrma is a rare fibrosing disorder of the skin that may involve the underlying connective tissue, muscle, bone; if localized at neck and head central nervous system can be involved. Morphea is not life threatening, but substantially influence the quality of life. Etiology of this disease is unknown, association with borrelia infection is possible. Local therapy, phototherapy or photochemotherapy has been used. In case of severe involvement or if no effect of phototherapy, antimalarics, methotrexate, systemic steroids can be used. Therapy with penicillin is used with good effect, for patients with anamnesis of borrelia or positive serologic tests for borrelia. The aim of this study is to present the results of phototherapy at P; Department of Dermatovenereology Rrno in period of 10 years (2005-2015). Twenty seven patients were treated with PUVA, UVAl and UVB narrow-band. PUVA was used in 13 patients, NB UVB in 1 patient and lowdose UVAl was used in 17 patients (3 patients had PUVA and 1 patient had NB UVB before). We present cummulative doses, number of sessions and duration of phototherapy and its effectivity according to stage, when treatment was initiated and complications.
