| Description | The main pathological features of multiple sclerosis and clinically isolated syndrome are reviewed. Diagnostical methods include magnetic resonance imaging, cerebrospinal fluid analysis and evoked potentials. Clinical diagnostical criteria and differential diagnosis of multiple sclerosis are presented. |
