| Description | Ëmpirical studies have repeatedly shown that various psychotherapeutic approaches do not differ in their effectiveness. This finding can be explained by the existence of general change principles common to many approaches. Which are these principles? How can they be used purposefully in therapeutic practice, training, and supervision? The lecture will offer facts and reflections, as well as a space for discussion. |
