Description Influence of selected agonists of 5-HT1 receptors on the activity of CYP 2D and NAT2 was followed in the isolated liver of rat donors. The results showed that RU-24969 and CGS 12066B inhibited the CYP2D activity, but they did not affect NAT2 activity. Sumatriptan slightly inhibited NAT2 activity and did not influence the oxidative metabolism in the liver.
