Description The purpse of this study was to examine exploratory and locomotor behaviour of the group-housed mice - that had repeatedly served as partners in the tests of aggressive agonistic interactions with singly-housed mice - in a novel environment of the arena 20 x 30 cm of the PC controlled apparatus Acti-track (Panlab, S.L., Spain). The recorded data indicate that the antidepressants tested, not only disinhibit ambulatory activity, but also eliminate the avoidance of enterings into the central arena zone in these animals.
