Description Clinical cardiotoxicity was found in 4 pts (5%) from group II. After exclusion of these patients wd have not found any difference in rest EF among groups. MPI was worsened in both groups in the compařrison to the controls (p-0,01) and IRT was prolonged in group II (p-0,05)). The increment in EF to dynamic stress was similar in pts and controls (12% group I,16% group II, 18% controls). On the contrary, debulamine stress revealed in 63% of cases the pathological response in patients. An inadequate response of MPI and ESS was present in pts withouuuut cardioprotection.
