Description One of many problems of university education is a gap between teaching theoretical disciplines and practical knowledge requirements.. This problem could be encountered in anatomy teaching if many excellent medical educators are non-doctors. Their experience with knowledge of anatomy needed for a clinician may be limited. Teaching clinical anatomy could be a compromise between theoretical and practical requirements for anatomy knowledge. It should not represent repetition of anatomy teaching points. We therefore decided to use a computer room for teaching this subject. Computers are equipped with DICOM viewer and provide access to our educational archive of DICOM images which contains images for anatomy teaching and a lot of pathology-anatomy correlations. Lessons consist of working with DICOM viewer, image study under skilled leadership, and repeating anatomy (mainly topographical) in correlation with findings of imaging methods. Knowledge testing can be done.
