| Description | The efficient evaluation of pain by the patients with oncological diseases is an important component of nurses daily work. This process is very exacting not only because of the time but nurse has to have also very good skills in the evaluation of pain. We wanted to eliminate personal subjectivisation during the pain evaluation at the haematolooncology department in the Teaching Hospital in Brno Bohunice and we started with the pilot study focusing on the implementation of the NIC NOC classification. The article describe the process of the pilot study with respect to nurse motivation to these activities. Description of theoutcomes is only in the general waybecause of the planning finish at the end of March. |
