| Description | Allergic diseases of airways belong to common manifestations of allergic predisposition. Interaction between genetic factors and environmental factors play an important role in pathogenesis. The aim of our pilot study was to analyse possible association between polymorphism C593T (Pro198Leu) and development of asthma/and or allergic rhinitis, phenotypes (prick tests, IgE levels) and therapy. |
