Description Insulinoma is a rare, insulin-produsing tumor arising from pancreatic islets of Lagerhans B-cells. Its clinical presentation is referred to as Whippel's triad. Diagnosis is additionally based on both laboratory and imaging methods, CT and endoscopic ultrasound in particular. The only therapeutic method that can be currently considered fully curative is surgical removal of the tumor. A possible complication of surgery is the formation of a pancratic fistula. Numerous approaches have been developed to minimize the risk of developing a pancreatic fistula. In the present case report, TachoSil was used to prevent the development of complications following insulinoma enucleation.
