| Description | Chronic pains in iliac fossa and pelvis minor are common conditions. Pain significantly affects the quality of life of patients. The causes of pains are gynecological, gastroenterological affections and mostly intestinal occlusions. In diagnostics imaging methods and diagnostic laparotomy have a significant place. Causal treatment is adhesiolysis or treatment of primary gynecological or gastroenterological disease. |
