On the accentuation of the Baltic Verb

Description	In the article is analyzed the specific accentological patern in the Baltic verb with present in -ye-, indicating a laryngeal, although the external parallels do not confirm it. The solution consists in segmentation of the suffix of the fientive in -H1ye-.
