Description Our contribution consists of special tests for acquired and inborn color visual defects (CVDs). Currently we can distinguish four groups of tests. Some of these tests we can use for distinguishing of inborn and acquired CVDs, but also for exact determining of type and importance of CVD, or for employment possibilities evaluation. The most reliable and exact method is probably quantitative method called Moment of Inertia method according to Vingryse and King-Smith. It is a PC modification of classical Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test method.
