Genetic variability wthin the gene ecoding for IL-18 gene in relation to atopic phenotype. Atopic diseases like asthma bronchiale, allergic rhinitis and atropic dermatitis are common diseases, caused by both genetic and environmental factors. According to epidemiological studies , the prevalence of allergic diaseses continually increases in children population as well as in adults.
