| Description | The aim of this course is to improve preparedness of the professional public to be able to deal with emergency situations with prevailing health consequences and with the mass involvement of persons in the prehospital phase. Emphasis is put on the necessary cooperation and support of the basic components of the IRS in ensuring the medical part of the intervention. The objective is to provide other IRS members with as detailed information as possible on the procedure applied by the EMS, the necessary cooperation as perceived by the EMS, the specific support needs in providing care for victims as well as the necessary organizational and technical assistance in ensuring the EMS intervention. |
