Description Registration injuries is an integral part of any sophisticated concept of trauma care. The basic task of such data collection is to provide comprehensive information on the circumstances, treatment, outcome and treatment costs of accidents in relation to the region. The outputs from the accident register are important for transport companies, police, commercial inspection, commercial and health insurance companies, hospitals, etc. In relation to traffic accidents issues register has great importance in determining the riskiest places in the region, as well as the type of transport or use of protective equipment, allows target implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Based on data from the German Trauma Registry was created predictive scoring system Trauma Associated Severe Hemorrhage (Tasha), which on the basis of data available during the first few minutes of investigation in the ED predicts the likelihood of massive blood substitutes for polytraumatized patient.
