Description The submit contribution is focused on presentation of paramedical staff knowledge for theme non healing wounds. The questionnaire investigation has been realized as a component of project Support of Socio-cultural and Professional Competence Paramedical Staff Toward Seniors Population – the grant project of specific research financed by Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MUNI/A/0877/2010). The goal population has been nurses and health nurse assistants who taking care for clients with non-healing wounds. The average of practice duration was 16.39 years to today, strictly secondary school level of education declared 48 % of respondents. The statistical analysis has proved that knowledge of definition non healing wounds isn't significantly influenced by monitored factors as age (p=0.26), achieved level of professional education (p=0.41) and practice duration (p=0.44).
