Recommendations based on material WHO Surgical Safety Checklist, European Society of Anesthesiology, American Society of Anesthesiologists grading, Canadian Society of Anesthesiology. Every workplace providing anesthesia care should be drafted standardized inspection procedure prior to anesthesia care (preanesthesia checklist). |
