Description	Within the scope of the present invention, a specific miRNA profile was identified in tumor tissue associated with the risk of relapse of renal carcinoma after nephrectomy and a prognostic set based on the expression of miRNA for patients with renal carcinoma (RCC) was developed to allow identification of patients at high risk of relapse after nephrectomy would benefit from adjuvant therapy, such as targeted treatment, and more intensive monitoring.
