| Description | Pressure ulcers represent a significant health concern for patients in healthcare settings, nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities. We present in this article a summary of the recommendations for pressure ulcer prevention and treatment which was developed as collaboration between the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (NPUAP) and the European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (EPUAP) and the Pan Pacific Pressure Injury Alliance (PPPIA). |
