| Description | The seminar is intended for pharmacists as part of their whole-life education. At the seminar we will deal with the use of gastroprotectives with a focus on proton pump inhibitors. Especially problematic is the use of these drugs in the elderly population, due to their frequent polymorbidity and associated polypragmazia and thus the increase in drug risks of this group of drugs. We will also focus on the suitability or inappropriateness of using these drugs in the form of self-medication. |
