Description | Functional samples of microfluidic PDMS microchips created by "soft lithography" (casting on a mask of SU-8 created by UV lithography on a silicon wafer). These chips are optimized for identifying bacteria directly from body fluids and testing the effect of stress factors on bacteria using Raman spectroscopy. |
