| Description | Changes of cytoskeletal structures in HeLa cells were observed in presence of various concentrations of vincristin and vinblastin after incubation in duration of 2 - 60 min. There was also followed the action of 1 MHz continuous wave ultrasound. Depolymerization changes of microtubular network have been observed as well as increased occurence of tubuline aggregates. |
