Description Sensing of organization of oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) and double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) on titanium oxide surface is introduced by using diffractive optical element (DOE) sensor. Permittivity change and fluctuation in optical roughness of treated titanium surface in the presence of background electrolyte (buffer) without and with ODNs and dsDNA’s are investigated by using DOE sensor and optical ellipsometry. Correlation between transmitted light and thickness of molecule layer was found. The findings allow to sense temporal organization of nano-scale ODN and dsDNA molecules on titanium oxide surface.
