| Description | This overview article is focused on problematic of transfusion therapy in palliative care of patients with advanced oncological disease. We describe clinical symptoms, causes of cytopenias and approach for its treatment in palliative care together with discussing indications of serving of basic blood derivates and transfusion preparates in the advanced stages of oncological diseases. |
