Description	Nonadherence to treatment in patients with schizophrenia is a serious problem. It is advisable to monitor. The monitoring is best for measuring plasma levels of antipsychotics. The reasons for nonadherence are many, can affect associated with doctors and treatment. These include the effectiveness of treatment with no side effects, the use of monotherapy or combination antipsychotic drugs. Also important is patient cooperation during treatment.
