| Description | As part of the health reform the law has, among others, changes in the administrative form of the Certificate of death. New and significantly more complicated forms are used in medical practice from 1st January 2013.The authors present their experience with the new six-month administrative procedure, in the context of a relationship of healthcare providers conducting an examination of the body of the deceased and the provider performing the appropriate autopsy. |
