Description Foster Kennedy Syndrome is described as unilateral optic atrophy with contralateral optic disc swelling usually due to a frontal lobe or pituitary tumor compressing the optic nerve on one side and resulting in papilloedema contralaterally. The aim of this report is to inform about diagnostic pitfalls of this syndrom.
