| Description | The aim of this paper is to present a new retinal structure engageable on OCT scans - outer retinal tubulace (outer retina tubulations - ORT). The discovery of these structures associated with increasingly improved retina display via SD OCT. These structures may simulate the CME or the presence of subretinal fluid, so it is important to recognize them at further indication of anti VEGF agents. Their unrecognized can lead to unnecessary reaplikacím anti VEGF agents into the vitreous. |
