Description Seborrheic keratoses are the most common benign epithelial tumour in adults. They affect mostly the torso and the face, but they can appear almost anywhere on the body. The clinical and dermatoscopic picture is highly varied, structurally and colour-wise. With their appearance, these completely benign growths can often mimic many other benign and malignant tumour. The goal of the presented study is to describe the basic structural features of the displayed seborrheic keratoses using high definition optical coherence tomography. The greatest contribution of this non-invasive imaging method is seen by the authors to be the help it renders for differential diagnostics of various skin growths.
