Description Hands are very complex anatomy of the human body with many important functions, which man interacts with the environment. Among the features include hand function manipulation, sensory, communication and support. The child practicing primarily senses, develops memory, imagination, thinking, talking, and acting on emotions and help create the character of the child. Hands usually used automatically and unthinkingly, but also consciously to self-care, to work, to the delight of myself and others. Most of them, however, and their function realize until it hurts us, or if they were missing something. In this case report, we would like to stress the importance of a child's hand and introduce you to our experience with the reconstruction of the hand doors flap in early childhood.
