Description Posterior uveitis in ophthalmology are a group of diseases which manifests under clinical picture chorioretinal inflammation. The aim of this presentation is to highlight three case studies in communications at the importance of careful differential diagnostic in patients with posterior chorioretinitis. The most frequent chorioretinitis is toxoplasmosis, but there are many other possible etiological bacterial, parasitic, fungal and viral agents. Perhaps possible is the relationship of inflammation with autoimmune isolated syndrome or systemic disease. The differential diagnosis is important to rule out the diagnosis of masking syndrome.
