Description The purpose of the presentation is to highlight the possibility of uncommon etiology of posterior uveitis and the importance of rapid differential diagnosis. On the basis of clinical choroiditis with surrounding neuroretinal ablation, typical FAG image (such as a pin punctures), in response to corticosteroid and immunosuppressive therapy and subsequently supported by the presence of antigen HLA DQ4 are patient diagnosed as Harada disease without systemic symptoms. It is a multisystem autoimmune disease directed against tissues containing melanocytes called uveomeningeal syndrome.
