| Description | Glioblastoma is the most common and serious primary brain cancer. Unfortunately, prognosis of this disease is grim even though advanced modern therapy approaches. Standard treatment consists of combination of neurosurgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Further research and clinical trials are needed to improve treatment outcomes. The aim of presented paper is to highlight the most important trends in the investigation of this disease. |
