| Description | We are presenting the case report of the 6-years-old boy with significant growth rate acceleration during the last two years and clinical signs of isosexual precocious pseudopuberty due to 21- hydroxylase deficiency. Late diagnosis could be the cause of short final height due to enormous bone age acceleration and secondary activated central precocious puberty could even worsen the final height. |
