Description A rare case of intramyocardial calcification is presented. At first epicardial calcifications were founded by cardiac catheterization. The diagnosis was made by echocardiography. This showed that the calcification occurred mostly in the myocardium of the left ventricle and interventricular septum. The etiology can neither be explained by history, nor by clinical examination. There are just a few similar cases described in the available literature. Due to patological findings are cases reported as "Porcelain hearts", thus we discuss the various possible etiology of calcium depositions in adult heart, and differential diagnosis.
