| Description | Back pain is extremely common and, from a socio-economic point of view, a very serious medical problem, its pathophysiological mechanisms are not yet fully explored and there are still many uncertainties in the pathophysiology of chronic vertebrogenic disorders. A detailed understanding of the mechanisms of chronic back pain and knowledge of the risk factors involved in its development is a key condition for successful primary and secondary prevention of problems. |
