| Description | Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IFF) is characterized by radiological and histopathological findings of usual interstitial pneumonia. HRCT findings have not only diagnostic and differential diagnostic but also prognostic value. The aim of this work is to describe pulmonary HRCT findings in IFF and their prognostic significance. |
