Description The authors present the case of a 77 years old patient, who was hospitalized with dyspepsia and weight loss. They discuss one of the wide range of diseases, that can cause dyspepsia and mineral metabolism disorder - adrenocortical insufficiency. The authors also touch on the issue of malnutrition, that could have possibly participated at a sepsis caused by Eschericha coli.
