| Description | The aim of the presentation is to highlight a heterogeneous group of rare autoimmune inflammatory diseases, where the clinical finding is dominated by shedding, often typical for the syndrome, multifocal microgranulomas in the area of choriod, retinal pigment epithelium and neuroretina. |
