Description The incidence of skin metastasis varies but is somewhere between 3—10% in patients with primary malignant tumour. In women, about 70% of cutaneous metastases originate from the breast. Cutaneous metastases of breast carcinoma can have many different clinical presentations: inflammatory breast carcinoma, carcinoma telangiectaticum, nodule metastasis, carcinoma en cuirasse and Paget's disease. Metastases of breast cancer are usually found on the ipsilateral chest wall and breast, but also on the back or head. The author presents three cases of female patients with different clinical manifestations of skin metastases of breast cancer.
