| Description | Skin mycoses are quite common in human, however their clinical signs do not always have to be characteristic. Clues to determine the correct diagnosis are primarily complete anamnestic data. We describe a case of an infection caused by Trichophyton benhamiae, the source of the infection are predominantly guinea pigs. |
