| Description | Psoriasis can be associated with a number of other diseases including multiple sclerosis (MS). Treatment of psoriasis in patients with MS and, conversely, treating MS in psoriatic patients can bring certain pitfalls that are good to know. The case report describes a patient with psoriasis who developed multiple sclerosis during treatment with etanercept. It was relatively difficult to harmonize the treatment to be effective on both diseases. This has been finally achieved thanks to secukinumab. |
