| Description | The Czech version of the Updated EAACI, GA(2)LEN, EuroGuiDerm/APAAACI 2021 Guidelines for the treatment of chronic urticaria is a suitable aid for practice in the Czech Republic. The drugs of first choice are non-sedating H1 antihistamines, even in increased dosage. As a second line, omalizumab can be added to the antihistamines, and recenty also in a higher dosage. The third line is cyclosporin A in combination with antihistamines. The text was prepared by the Working Group of experts of both professional societies and approved by the ČDS ČSL JEP and ČSAKI committees. |
