Description The study was aimed on the investigation of the influence of micromanipulation treatment on the human skin fibrosblasts in vitro. The actin cytoskeleton seems to be the most sensitive cytoskeletal structure to the mechanical deformation of the cell surface. There were described both the changes of the individual actin filament structure near the plasma membrane and abnormal arrangement of the actin cytoskeleton in treated cells.
