Description Operations of cerebral aneurysms carries a risk of cerebral ischemia. The reason may be the vasospasm after the vessel manipulation, hypotensive anesthesiological methods, the use of a temporary clip or a technical failure. For the decrease of the risk in these operations we use a standard mild controlled hypothermia. Perioperative use of mild hypothermia is simple and safe. This method undoubtedly (together with an improving learning curve of the vascular team and with the possibility og coiling in indicated patients) helps to improve the results in patients HH I-III.
