Description HPLC methods trace the markers of the metabolic activity of CYP3A1/2 (midazolam and its three hydroxymetabolites: 1-hydroxymidazolam, 1,4-dihydroxymidazolam, and 4-hydroxymidzolam), CYP2C6(tolbutamide and its metabolite hydroxytolbutamide) or CYP1A2(phenacetine and its metabolite paracetamol). Proposed methods are simple, rapid, sensitive and applicable for modeling and description of possible pharmacological interactions on rat CYP3A1/2, CYP2C6 or CYP1A2, respectively.
