Description We report a case of 41 years old patient with high grade glioma. Primary origo was located in the right temporal lobe and metastasized via cerebrospinal fluid from supratentorial compartment to posterior fossa and then to spinal conus, which caused cauda equina syndrome. Despite curative and subsequently paliative chemoradiotherapy and later surgical decopression of spinal conus, the patient had short survival and poor quality of life.
